In the summer, we have endless walleye opportunities, and in the winter, it's time to fill a five-gallon with South Dakota's world-renowned perch.
Anyone that knows Marcus, knows his addiction to gear. That works out for our customers, and you won't hear any complaints on boat space or jig selection.
SERVICES/RATES
What we do is pretty straightforward. We are fishing nuts, conservation lovers, and big fish buffoons. We spend every moment we have on the water chasing the next bite. Even when we aren't guiding, we are still out on the water, hard or soft, making sure we know where to be when you come to town.
Our Rates Are Simple
OPEN WATER
1-2 People: $550/day
Three People: $650/day
Four People: $750/day
ICE FISHING

Flat Rate: $800
Two-day minimum
When we say a day, we mean it. We want to hit peak bite hours, from early light till last light. As the bite shifts, so will we.

Reel Therapy Guide Service is owned and operated by Marcus Quam. Marcus got his first boat when he was 15, and fell in love with the Webster area in 2004. Since then, Marcus has been able to witness the evolution of Northeast South Dakota's fisheries, and those same experiences play a factor in everyday's fishing decisions.
In addition to a wealth of knowledge on the many lakes of Northeast South Dakota, Marcus has a passion for "fishing walleye like bass". Jig fishing, casting cranks, slip-bobbers, and hair jigs all can find their way into the playbook on any given day, and this versatility is what allows Marcus to stay instep with the always-changing walleye bite.
Once the cold days arrive, it's a lake-jumping chase to stay on hot perch schools. A look inside Marcus' pickup shows how intense this chase can get: rod holders suctioned onto the windshield, graphs mounted on the dash, and a vexilar on the door.

"Here's the deal. This guy is legit. I Caught the largest walleye I have ever caught and largest small mouth bass I have ever caught within 25 mins of launching the boat. He knows fishing, he knows conservation and is a solid dude. I would recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of fishing experience.
I have been to Canada twice fishing on nice trips and Marcus gives those trips a run for their money.
